Under the leadership of Owner/General Manager Stefan Zalesky, our store has embraced a customer-first philosophy. Born in Vancouver, Stefan transitioned to the liquor industry after a successful career in insurance. Since joining St. Regis Fine Wines & Spirits, he has expanded our product offerings, enhanced services for corporate clients, and streamlined the special ordering process to make finding what you need even easier. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just beginning your journey into the world of fine beverages, we are here to ensure your experience is both enjoyable and personalized. Our History
St. Regis Fine Wines & Spirits opened in 2006 as part of the Hudson Mall redevelopment of downtown Vancouver’s Granville Skytrain Station. Over the past 18 years, it has served the neighbourhood and transit commuters who appreciate the location, selection, and personal service when shopping for their evening or weekends.
The store is a snap to find via the accessible entrance next to The Keg on Dunsmuir Street or by following the signs for Dunsmuir Street from the Granville Station.
St. Regis Fine Wines & Spirits is proudly part of ZaleQuest Investments Ltd., a locally owned and operated company. Acquired from St. Regis Investments LTD in December 2024, the store has a rich history and was formerly associated with a prominent group of local hospitality businesses, including:
